JDP — JP, What is the difference between the two?
Two brands focusing on different areas of “IT Recruitment”…
So many people have asked us, what’s the difference between Just Digital People & Just People? Why create two brands so similar to the average Joe, who might be outside looking in?
Here’s what JDP are doing! We’re fast becoming the “go to” Digital Recruitment agency in Brisbane— when people want a good web developer, we’re finding that 8 out of 10 times, we’re getting approached before any other source. Now this is due to a combination of things, from our social media marketing & story telling strategy approach, to the way we dress, the vibe in the office, the work hours we keep, the events we put on for the city and overall the time we spend in the market gathering information for ourselves and giving it back to those that care to hear about it… and hey, besides this our target market — or should we say our mates, the candidates we help with work the “web developers” some of them actually build social media platforms, so what better way to reach them, stay close with them & help them, than by immersing ourselves in it & giving back.
JDP are also releasing giant new initiatives like #JDPtv … which will be a youtube tv channel where interviews, short films & educational clips involving thought leadership & happening things around #DigitalBNE will be showcased.
Here’s what JP are doing! Just People now have 2 focused IT Infrastructure Recruiters, in Adam Broadbent & Anthony Bersz — Adam has consistently been a 1 million dollar a year biller in the Brisbane recruitment market, he’s now a part owner & he’s just phenomenal to work around, everyone says it, (I’ve only worked with him for 2 days) — Anthony, is as hungry as any recruiter I’ve ever seen or heard of, clients like him, and he wants results and he wants to move his career towards management within JP, and whether that’s Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne the opportunities will be there, so long as he performs and takes the bull by the horns, so far super good. Now both these gentlemen are working alongside their CEO Ciaran, so combined we have around 15 years local recruitment knowledge under the JP hood, what does this mean? Well not a whole lot really, but as a group JP’s approach to the market is different to JDP’s funky, brat like style, this is in order to cater for those more senior IT folk. From here we’ll be taking the two AB’s style of recruitment and updating it a little using various social platforms across the social media inter webs … Watch and see, it will be and interesting journey building it all together #2014StyleITrecruitment
*The websites are different to reflect the style and approach between the two similar brands that are JDP & JP — we have actually had clients of Just People say, “Sorry, we don’t like the Just Digital People website at all, it’s not professional enough” AND that’s ok, they’re not JDP’s target market, they’re all JP’s :)
