Why accepting death can change your life?
In a better way?
I think that all the choice that me make (or not make) are because of something we fear.
We either choose something because we fear that if we don’t bad things are going to happen (I’ll study otherwise I won’t pass the exam) or the opposite (I’ll start my own company because I will be my own boss, which could also mean “ I fear not doing something I love, not earning enough money, etc.”).
But if you think about it maybe all the “fears” can be brought down to one big fear which is “fear of death” (“fear of the end”).
What if we can accept that? What if we could act without this fear? Would out life be better?
I’m not sure and I haven’t the answer.
But for accepting this you need to be a little crazy. Crazy could be defined as doing something without caring about the consequences right?
So you need to don’t care about the consequences. You need to don’t have a plan. You need to live here and now. Not in the past and not in the future.
But what living without fear could look like?
Maybe it would be like being happy because you just don’t care.
Maybe you’ll do whatever you want to do. You wouldn’t care if you’ll lose the job. You wouldn’t care if your loved one breaks with you. You would’t care to go for a year trip and you wouldn’t care not having enough money to do so. Maybe you’ll get creative and you’ll figure everything out along the way. Plus you wouldn’t be worried because you have no fear so you wouldn’t care. Maybe you’ll sail in a big cargo ship to China and who cares? You for sure don’t.
Maybe it would be like being unhappy because you just don’t care.
You wouldn’t care getting fat. You wouldn’t care watching TV all day long. You wouldn’t care not having a goal for your life. You wouldn’t care driving superfast. You wouldn’t care leaving forever your city.
