New rich contents are now available in Beta

Since the beginning of march we have been working on a new live chat experience for our customers. We are now happy to announce that all our new rich contents are available through our APIs.

We decided to start with a beta. Rich content are available on demand. You can contact us on slack in order to get a beta access to these new conversation objects as well as a complete documentation.

Our documentation should be updated in Septembre with a new “conversation objects” section in the “External Bot” section.

Here is the exhaustive list of new type of content you can use through our integration tools:

A generic card with a title, a text, an image and a single link.
