As you may know, Indeed is an organization that “Helps people to find jobs” that is their phrase of choice. So it is not strange that they find in our Community a place to grow fast.

There are several project teams working and supporting different business areas located in different countries with different technologies. I had the honor of watching them collaborate to bring the best of them as fast as they can. How can they help each other when their expertise is so diverse…? Salesforce, Java, Python, Selenium (to name a few) and still their slack channels look like a Christmas tree shining at night!🎄 That slack doesn’t sleep, they ask for help from each other knowing that someone else went through the same experience before or knows better the business rules. 💪

The definition of community comes from the Latin word “communitas” and refers to a group, association, or group of individuals, who share common elements, characteristics, interests, properties, or objectives.

The commitment and expertise that EVERYONE brings to the teams reinforce and boost their power, they are much stronger together than as individuals and I saw it. The Client saw it. And I am sure all of the team members see it.

The connection between the Client’s team and the In All Media Community relies on IAMExperts’ efforts to face challenges, working and trusting each other’s problem-solving capacities.

IAMExperts talking

Carlos from the SMB CIS20 team mentions that “Starting this project was really exciting because we have freedom to propose and implement but of course with this freedom also comes with great responsibility…. Our team faced several challenges that can only be solved by working together as one. Teamwork and trust are key in order to comply with the project’s goals.”

Alfredo from IndeedFeed and CIS20 teams remarks “the awesome onboarding and support I received from other IAMExperts in the two projects I am collaborating in. It has been so much fun to learn new cultures and slang from my teammates’ countries!.”

Boris from the PMO team, “It’s an experience I didn’t have before. You’d think that working digitally co-located you’d have less contact with people, and it’s the opposite! There’s much more connection with the rest of the team members…”

Emiliano from The Child team (and the one who started this amazing journey with the client with 2 other previous projects) is always available to help in any way he can and hopefully he will smooth your way in…

Maricel from the System Legacy team, already collaborated in 2 other projects within the Client so she took the onboarding of her current team in her hands with a rhythm that you wouldn’t believe.

And these are just a few examples… Day after day the growth of the project teams showcases how their transparency and work culture do make a difference for people outside our Community.

Cheers to an unstoppable team!!! 🥂
