Why we’re supporting women & girls

From summer 2016 iamadventures is excited to announce that we will be focusing on all women adventures. That’s right we’ll be working with and for all adventure maidens from now on!

Why?
As many of you know we believe in the power of adventure & creativity for positive social change.

This year we decided to start supporting the Global Goals for Sustainable Development by focusing specifically on empowering Gender Equality. A movement close to our hearts — not because we are man haters, but because we believe that true equality for all, results in a balanced, joyful and happy world.
By no means, does this mean there won’t be opportunities for the guys to be part of what we’re up to in the future and we would love your support! It just means our main focus right now is to empower more adventure maidens to grow their personal potential and get out there!

We’ve realised that one of our biggest aims is to empower women and girls to be brave and curious to start walking creatively in this world in order to bring about positive social change at large.

The Global Goals for Sustainable Development come into effect to achieve three extraordinary things by 2030 — end poverty, combat climate change and fight injustice and inequality.

If we are to achieve the Global Goals by 2030 we must start by empowering women and girls.
