The Overview
Nowadays, the internet entertainment service includes many kinds of content blended with entertaining interactive functionality. After doing many types of research, I created and designed an internet entertainment website which provides millions of TV shows and movies including original series, documentaries and feature films. Users can watch as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, on nearly any internet-connected screen.
The Context and Challenge
It is very difficult and challenging to create and design a website. The concept of building my website based on simplicity. Along with the simplicity, the website also needs to do something remarkable, something special in order to draw user’s attention and make them keep visiting the website more and more.
The Process and Insight
In order to help my users interpret information as much as possible, I decided to Visual Hierarchy structure. Genres of movies placed in the top red bar and under the search bar which helps users easily to search and choose what type of movies they want to watch. The top — rated movies placed in the right of the website with blue color. There is a rectangle box for random movies recommended for users in the center of the website. Along with that is a most — viewed movies box.
The Solution
The most important goal of my website is to help user experience the movies as they live in the story. Users can watch as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, on nearly any internet-connected screen. They also can play, pause and resume watching, all without commercials or commitments.
The Result
I hope this website will succeed. The number of users enjoying movies at anywhere in anytime will increase. And I hope there will be lots of reviews and comments about this website in order to help it upgraded to a higher level.
