IAMX @ Cardano Summit 2022
The Cardano Summit is an annual event coordinated by the Cardano Foundation, and attended by thousands both locally and virtually. It is a global event intended for anyone interested in blockchain technology, bringing the Cardano community together to learn and share. Cardano Summit 2022 will be free to attend and hosted locally in Lausanne, Switzerland. But don’t worry, if you can’t attend in-person you have the option to attend virtually, or to attend one of the many community-led events in over 50 locations around the world.
Taking place this weekend, November 19th through the 21st, 2022, at the SwissTech Convention Centre in Lausanne, Switzerland, Cardano Summit 2022 is the most anticipated Cardano community event of the year. This year’s Summit will be attended by some of the biggest names in the Cardano Community, with speakers including: Charles Hoskinson, Frederik Gregaard, EMURGO, IOG, the Bullish Dumpling, Coinbase Cloud, and of course, IAMX — who also happen to be an official sponsor for the event. Finally, it’s IAMX’s turn to put their mark on the Summit!
In advance of the Summit, we’d like to share and highlight some of the ways IAMX will be involved. We’ll have both a physical and virtual stand to accommodate attendees in-person and online. Eight (8!) IAMX team members will be attending the Summit in-person, so be sure to stop by and say hello at the IAMX stand on the first level.
On Sunday, November 20th from 11am to 12pm (Lausanne local time), one of our co-founders and CEO, Tim Heidfeld, will be hosting a workshop on Decentralised Identity & Financial Institutions. This highly anticipated workshop has drawn the attention of many, including Bitcoin Suisse, Jaybee, Bridge Tower Capital, Bank Wir, SDX, Noumena Digital, and more.
On Monday, November 21st, from 10:15am to 11:00am, IAMX will join members of KYC Spider, NMKR, the Cardano Foundation, and ProofSpace for a panel entitled “Digital Identity Solutions: KYC & NFTs” where they’ll discuss the intersection of decentralised identity management, KYC and regulatory requirements, and NFTs.
Later that same day, winner of the Cardano Speaker Ballot, IAMX CEO Tim Heidfeld, will be speaking from 1:30pm to 1:40pm. Of the seven Speaker Ballot candidates nominated, Tim received the highest number of votes. We’re proud to have Tim on stage, representing IAMX and the Cardano Community.
