Marc joins us from Berlin and is CEO of both Advancedstore and Mycashbacks (@MYCBS_int). Marc has been in ecommerce since 1999, cofounding price comparison site Advancedstore. Mycashbacks is a cashback loyalty portal originally started in Europe and recently expanded into North America. It is an affiliate marketing organization offering discounts on online shopping. While it started as a web2 online business, it is positioned to bring the same value to crypto and NFTs within web3.

A key component for these industries is developing point of contact with the end-user, so a lot of their work is focused on feature development and return-use.

Mycashbacks roadmap integrates web3 components directly, including an NFT launch which will act as a “member pass,” and the ability to login via one’s web3 wallet. In addition, the cost of payout overhead is reduced when utilizing blockchain, and these savings enable Mycashbacks to bring more value to users.

Tim (@Tim38300817), CMO & Cofounder of IAMX adds that in relation to the importance of developing point of contact with end-users, Marc’s company Advancedstore receives over 900million @ impressions daily and actively partners with over 40k organizations and works alongside other affiliate networks already. He also points out that Marc is a Stake Pool Operator (SPO) on Cardano, and a longtime crypto investor.

The partnership between IAMX & Marc with Mycashbacks will serve to incentivize use of IAMX digital identity solutions, while also leveraging the knowledge and expertise of Marc and his team. This partnership also produces an immediate real-world use case for IAMX.

The integration of IAMX identity solutions into Mycashbacks will improve the user experience by simplifying the login process utilizing one’s wallet or NFT, which incentivizes use of an identity wallet moving forward and granting the security and self-sovereignty of that technology.

Just as Mycashbacks has recently expanded to North America, their expansion will continue to other underserved markets globally, which aligns closely with Cardano’s own aspiration to “bank the unbanked.”
