Dr John DeVadoss — Head of Development at Neo and former GM of Microsoft explores Blockchain Adoption at Genesis Devcon

Witness Dr. John DeVadoss, Head of Development at Neo and former General Manager at Microsoft, speak about blockchain technology at Genesis DevCon. Dr DeVadoss completed his Masters in Computer science at the University of Massachusetts and has been a developer for most part of his life. He has worked for Microsoft for over 9 years, post which he joined Microsoft Digital as a General Manager where he contributed to the incubation and globalization of Azure.

Dr John will be one of the brilliant minds speaking at Genesis Devcon 2019 and he will explore incentive models to drive the adoption of blockchain technology amongst developers. Dr DeVadoss , having been a developer for a very long time, has very interesting insights on how a platform can be made more accessible and developer-friendly. He believes that decentralized accessibility to the platform and making it simpler overall would make the developer’s job easier and result in them making fewer mistakes. Above all, through Neo’s platform, Dr DeVadoss seeks to empower the common man using blockchain technology.

Dr DeVadoss is of the strong conviction that the “Blockchain wave cannot be stopped” and that “its social, economic, political, and philosophical implications and benefits, outweigh any challenges that blockchain might propose”.
