Tezos India joins the T-Block journey as Official Platform Partners
We’re excited to announce that Tezos India has joined the T-block Accelerator in its journey to create a strong ecosystem in India for new and innovative blockchain startups. Tezos is a technology for deploying a blockchain capable of modifying its own set of rules with minimal disruption to the network through an on-chain governance model. Unlike Bitcoin, Tezos does not rely on mining but instead utilizes a Proof-of-Stake based consensus model. We believe that with Tezos India’s blockchain expertise and Tezos’ vast community, they will provide the necessary support and technical assistance the startups need once they enter the Bootcamp phase of the accelerator.
Om Malviya — President, Tezos India Foundation, is excited to be a part of the T-block accelerator to empower the startups with Tezos’ Blockchain support. “I am happy to see Tezos India becoming a major partner for the T-block accelerator programme. In addition to providing developer expertise on building smart contracts on their platform, Tezos India will also play a vital role by joining the judging panel. Their blockchain experts will shortlist the startups that move on to the next level of the accelerator — the Bootcamp phase. Following the announcement of the first cohort for the T-block accelerator, we will also organize training workshops where Tezos India’s in-house experts will give a detailed platform workshop to selected startups. We believe that this will enable startups to implement the technology efficiently and improve their offerings.
We believe that by partnering with enablers like the Tezos India Foundation, we can better achieve our shared objective of creating a collaborative environment that is conducive to the creation of innovative solutions using blockchain technology. The first cohort of the T block accelerator is scheduled to be announced on the 5th of June where a number of startups will be moving to the next phase of the accelerator for training. Stay tuned for more updates!
