Women’s Day in Chandigarh

Today we had the opportunity to join our colleagues from the Don Bosco team for a visit to celebrate Women’s Day with the children they take care of:

I was really touched by the recitation of one of the girls. It was a poem in Hindi (translated to English for us) from the perspective of a girl that came to the conclusion that “girls are no lesser than boys”. How true !
