17062018 Half Way Done….
Halfway through after the kick off, the work continuous.
Week one began with the official CSC kick off and followed up with understanding the scope of the work and reconfirming with the client. Thereafter data collection and interviews kicked off and in parallel Design Thinking session with key stakeholders i.e. clients, partners, start ups..
Discussed the possible solutions and reworked on the possible approaches to resolve the issues. The scope seems bigger and we had to propose only what could be delivered within the time-frame. Unfortunately, our key client representative is out of the country on official business trip, this inevitable delayed the Scope of work confirmation to early on the second week.
Team continued to synthesis the information gathered while working on possible tangible and feasible recommendations.
Beside the work, we got to tour the temples, took a boat ride, explored the park and visited floating market in Bang kachoi.
Interesting two week and looking forward to the next two weeks.
