IBM Journey Designer Updates (June Release)

Here’s what’s new:

UI Design Refresh

In this release, we put a fresh coat of paint on the Journey Designer interface, updating it with a clean and modern look.

Group Interactions

We know how whiteboards (real and virtual) can become cluttered with too many interactions, so we added the ability to group interactions together.

Connectors

Currently our customers can relate a particular Campaign or a new Program (IBM Marketing Cloud) to an interaction. Now you can now relate several interactions to either. This further helps reduce the clutter and helps articulate what actions could happen within a given Campaign or Program.
