IBM Journey Designer Updates (August Release)

Here’s whats new:

• Link Groups to Programs and Campaigns

Card View

We are very excited to announce a new way for marketers to view their customer journeys with Card View. This layout allows team members to get quick details at-a-glance such as an image preview, in-market date, last updated, number of comments, journey owner, and more. View this as your Journey Designer dashboard.

Easily view all of your journeys in place with relevant info to help you see what’s been updated and when.

Link Groups to Programs or Campaigns

In our last release, we announced Groups — a great way to link multiple interactions to a single item on a storyboard. With this release, you can link those groups to new programs in IBM Marketing Cloud and campaigns within IBM Campaign 10.

Drag and drop Interactions into Groups, then click on the Group to link to a Program or Campaign
