Freeform Design Canvas

The Customer Journey Canvas is all about freeform design, just like a whiteboard. We realized that there’s nothing ‘freeform’ about gridlines, so we got rid of them. We think it makes for a much cleaner workspace. Try it out!

Smart Guidelines

We added this great design tool to the Canvas. As you drag objects from the storyboard palette onto the canvas, they will align themselves to other objects as they pass.

Firefox Support

Journey Designer is now fully supported in Firefox! This rounds out our browser support with Chrome and iPad Safari.
