Getting lucky is easier than you think.
I find it remarkable how long people wait to seize the opportunities they want.
A friend recently told me that he would ask a professor for a research position if only he knew his professor better. I would have just brushed it off and told him to just ask. But I’ve seen this phenomenon time and time again. It’s time to fix that.
