Welcome to The Arctic Blast, the new newsletter (it’s new) from Iceberg’s Poetry. As you probably already know from Wolf’s recent post, I will be serving as Bergermeister here as he attends to the concerns of prosaic life. He remains an Iceman, though my wife, Juliet James, and I will be handling most of the day-to-day editing responsibilities.

I am pleased to announce that we are once again accepting submissions from new writers. Whether you’re new or not, please review the newly-posted submission guidelines before your next contribution. There is also a new FAQ page to address common issues around writing and formatting poetry on Medium. We were all new once, and depending on your chosen scale, we all still are.

You will also notice a new logo and a completely reinvented publication home page. What I have not changed is Wolf’s original description. The goals and ideals of Iceberg’s Poetry stand. Or float, maybe.

If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to follow our publication and/or newsletter. Show your support for the writers you enjoy by following them, clapping, and commenting. I’m happy to be here, and I’m happy you’re here. The rest will work itself out.
