An update from the Chairman
Dear Community,
It is a couple of months since we updated you on all our ongoing hard work, so as promised in my last newsletter, allow me to bring you all up to speed as we pledged in our last communication.
The Flashmoni Ecosystem
Over the past 9 months with several years of effort, we are now progressing to have a new version of our ecosystem released shortly. The MVP will be available in stages from May 2019 onwards.
Our change in strategy with the development of our own Blockchain (OZEETY) will be ready for deployment as version 1 after several tests and released in phases. We envisage version 1 release by end of May, 2019. You can follow the real time update on https://ozeety.com which is the official address of our Blockchain. If you want details of our solution before the detailed technical paper release, read our last article about it HERE.
The version 1 of our Flashwallet will also be live in May and will be available on https://flashwallet.io
Here is the good news we keep getting asked about all the time. The version 1 of our Flashxchanger will be also available in May and will allow all our community to exchange their OZTG for other Cryptos or Fiat currency instantly.

We are waiting for the technical solution to be ready very soon, while the legal part is being completed as we speak. We are doing everything possible in order to provide the best service to our users, meeting rules and regulations of the country the Exchanger will operate under. We will keep you posted within the next 2–4 weeks max. For those of you even contemplating to sell, I would strongly wait for the next major version 2 release announcements and new partnerships that is negotiated currently. However, it’s totally your decision, either way.
The FlashAdchain is 70% complete and should be available Q3, 2019. For those who are not aware of our ecosystem, we invite you to read HERE.
You will understand that the Adchain solution is at the heart of our ecosystem, along with our Blockchain. We intend to pay our banking clients participating in this program.
As mentioned previously, we are developing a smart card that will revolutionise secure payments in an All-In-One-smartcard. We will reactivate the site, allowing users to pre-order our OZTCARD. The V1 should be officially released Q3-Q4. Those of you who already ordered in 2018 will be receiving their card before the official release. Team
A new CEO, is being appointed and his name will be announced soon through a press release. He will help Flashmoni to reach its full potential. Major changes will occur and hiring in the development, financial and legal areas are being evaluated currently. The Office and Licences
We have recently appointed a new office in Lisbon and UK. Our exchange licence and custodian wallet licence within the EU, we hope to receive within 3 weeks.
The Future Position
There are several DLT companies we foresee will struggle, however, we could be a major incubator to help them too. A huge part of all DLT companies is that once they fulfilled their fund raise and they finally release their solution, the onboarding of users will be a challenge.
A company cannot only rely on ICO/STO contributors’ audience. At some point, they must find the right strategy and solution to onboard users, in order to have a sustainable business model. Many companies failed or are fighting to find users spending a tremendous amount of money in marketing. At Flashmoni, we decided to have a completely new approach.
We signed and participate in a new venture with a company called Flash4people. This is a Networking company with hundreds of thousands of potential users of our entire ecosystem. In a nutshell, Flashmoni will provide them the wallet, card and OZTG as means of payment for their market place. The benefit is mutual, as we bring them a cutting edge technology to empower their network and they bring a lot of users to our entire ecosystem.
We have an exchange, so all those users will need to acquire our Utility coin to use it on their marketplace for products and services. This will bring high liquidity to our exchange, reducing the need to multiply listing on other exchanges. We intend to create a supply and demand model whereby we will attract users to our ecosystem, thereby increasing our footprint to users and liquidity coupled with a referral program to onboard users.
In simple terms, this will also increase our valuation for our cryptocurrency OZTG. My vision and goal was to deliver this since day one to bring value to the coin and not just be another Coin release with daily ups and downs, which is why we pegged it with Gold. We want a coin which grows steadily, allowing daily use, as this is what Flashmoni is about:
