An update from the Chairman
Dear Community,
A lot has happened in the last couple of weeks, since we updated you on all our ongoing hard work. The energy levels are increasing as we come nearer by the day for some major stage 1 releases, as well as other ongoing activities.
The Flashmoni Ecosystem
We are nearly there with our Blockchain (OZEETY), where testing is just complete. However, for peace of mind and additional security reasons, we are about to send the ecosystem platform to external major auditors for verification. The MVP for OZEETY will be available in stages from May 2019 onwards as reported previously and still on schedule.

The version 1 of our Flashwallet is still on schedule and will also be live in May and available on https://flashwallet.io
The version 1 of our Flashxchanger will be also available in May and will allow all our community to exchange their OZTG for other Cryptos or Fiat currency instantly. The exchange will be available at https://flashxchanger.com. Once again, for those of you even contemplating to sell, I would strongly wait for the next major version 2 release announcements and new partnerships that are negotiated currently. However, it’s totally your decision, either way.
The FlashAdchain is 75% complete and should be available Q3, 2019. For those who are not aware of our ecosystem, we invite you to read HERE. We intend to disrupt the ads and digital marketing space by paying our banking clients participating in this program.
As mentioned previously, we are developing a smart card that will revolutionise secure payments in an All-In-One-Smartcard. This card is promising to disrupt all existing smart cards. As hinted in my last update, it gives me great pleasure to announce to everyone in the community that as Founder and Chairman of Flashgroup, I have appointed Mru Patel as a Partner and CEO. His experience ranges from 20+ years in key blue chip organisations through to several entrepreneurial businesses. He has been working closely with us for the past 5 months, helping with all matters arising from product and market development through to business strategy for the next 3 years. He will help Flashmoni to achieve its full business potential with his vison of the Omnichannel banking and client centric business models.

The Office and Licences
We are pleased to announce that we have now obtained the exchange licence and custodian wallet licence within the EU, successfully. We are currently going through the legal processes for AML/KYC and the official bank account registrations assigned with the licenced company for the exchange. We will update you on the EMI licence progress shortly.
We have recently appointed a new office in Lisbon and UK, which now compliments our head office in Dubai.
The Future Position
There are several new technologies we are exploring to make our platform a market leading product. We have a mission to make our clients money by banking with us. This requires adoption of all sorts of data analytics, business intelligence, Artificial intelligence etc., to name but a few. At Flashmoni, we strive to have a completely new approach.
We are proud to provide the technology a new venture with Flash4people, a networking company. As mentioned previously, Flashmoni will provide them the wallet, card and Ozeety as means of payment for their market place. Most importantly, the client onboarding will grow significantly more and this strategy will be further exploited with new partners with such synergies, to bring mass adoption to the DLT platform of Flashmoni.
In simple terms, this platform and client onboarding with our model will increase our valuation for our cryptocurrency OZTG, which don’t forget is Gold-Pegged. We want our coin to grow steadily, allowing daily use, as this is what Flashmoni is about:
