ICOMain.io Inspires a New Generation of Blockchain Entrepreneurs at the Global Inclusive Blockchain Conference
ICOMain.io, an all-inclusive provider for ICO solutions, was at the Global Inclusive Blockchain Conference in Singapore. Held from 17–18 April 2018, the event was organised by the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and Longhash, a global blockchain technology company. ICOMain.io was also recently established as a sponsor firm of the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX), the main platinum sponsor of the blockchain conference.
Situated at the SUSS campus, the event brought together the bilingual communities of both Chinese and English token investors, thought leaders and industry leaders. Over 1,00 blockchain speakers and exhibitors were present to share future development insights and potential industry applications which ranged from macroeconomics, investment, regulatory standards and real-world technical applications. The fundamental aims of the conference were to advance blockchain knowledge, heighten business usage and elevate general community perception.
The conference was inaugurated by Mr Roy Teo, Director of FinTech & Innovation Group of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Other distinguished speakers include Dr Xiao Feng, Chairman and CEO of Shanghai Wanxiang Blockchain Inc and Mr James Gong, CEO of ChainB, China’s leading blockchain publication.
On the 1st day of the conference, Kerry Gan, CEO and co-founder of ICOMain.io, was appointed as the moderator for a panel discussion: “What Are the Future Opportunities for Entrepreneurs in This New Blockchain Era?” Panellists included Sharon Lourdes Paul (Co-founder of the CarbonGrid Protocol), Hong Thieu (Co-founder of Stryking), Nina Wieczorek (Co-founder of Purple DS), Lurion Yee (Founder of SEDA) and Xianne Lee (Cofounder and CEO of Infinitus Technologies).
Several leading questions were covered, which shone the limelight unto the imminent ascent and mainstream adoption of blockchain technology. These panel queries, facilitated by Kerry, included the foreseeable impact of blockchain on the ways which companies conduct business, potential obstacles which might hinder the transition towards blockchain technologies and its overall long-term effects. As quoted from Kerry, “Blockchain technology brings massive opportunities to budding entrepreneurs who catch the train by incorporating it into their business models.”
