Track your team’s activity with Usage Reports

Managing a team, and picking the right Pro subscription plan, is about to become a lot easier with Usage reports. In the spirit of collaboration, we thought team owners deserved some love. We want to share some details on how usage reports can make future decisions about your team simpler and better informed.

Usage reports are available for team owners of Pro Ultimate and Pro Enterprise plans.

Simple usage overview

First and foremost, we wanted a way to mediate the most important data in the most simple way we could. The credit balance history gives you three quick observations:

  • A timeline of the current subscription cycle
  • Credit balance at the beginning of the cycle
  • Credit balance to date

These observations make it easy to see the pace at which credits are being spent, up until the next credit refill, signified by the last date on the graph. The graph is live and updates daily, which helps to keep track of any changes made to the activity or the current Pro plan.

A quick reminder about credits: you and your team spend them to download premium content on Iconfinder. Downloading free icons or illustrations doesn’t use any credits. Also, you don’t use any additional credits if you or your team members download the same premium product within 30 days. You can find more information about credits in this article.

Stay updated on changes in usage

In the following report, we made it possible to track how many credits have been spent and compare it to a previous period of time. You can adjust this period for a more fine-grain comparison.

Knowing how many credits are required for your team on a monthly basis can help indicate whether you are on the right plan. The growth percentage helps with evaluation. Maybe you have had significant growth since the last period, so you can not be entirely sure whether your total will be representative for the next 4 weeks.

Understand the changes visually

The growth percentage can be a helpful indicator, but it doesn’t do a great job at showing just how that growth applies. We made sure to visualize in detail how the credit usage has changed over time.

The daily breakdown helps you make informed decisions. Use the date as a reference for any particular objective on that day or time period. The “previous usage” gives you a glimpse into the past. For a weekly period, you can compare this Tuesday to last Tuesday. With a 4 weeks period, we compare Mar 18th to Feb 18th. This level of detail can help uncover a wide array of insights that could be important factors to your team.

Make informed decisions with averages

Working in a team might require getting more hands aboard. Knowing the average credits used by a member gives an indication of how much room is needed in your current plan to add new members. This average is measured as the median of active members. An active member is defined as having used at least one credit in the observed period.

Insights about your team members

To help with tracking the usage, the Team members table gives a more granular view of your power users. The table adjusts with the rest of the usage reporting as you change the selected period of time. As an additional feature, you can click on any user to get their download history.
