Boiler Room is a captivating movie that relates a dazzling success. Seth Davis, nineteen, gets a job as a broker for a suburban investment company. But this job may not be as legitimate as it initially appears. In JT Martin’s “boiler room”, ambitious youngs sell investments over the phone, even to those who do not always need it, by charging exorbitant commissions.

For Seth, the opportunity is too good to earn his first million dollars in a few weeks.

2. The founder (2016)

The founder tells the story of Ray Kroc, 52, a simple milkshake machines’ seller, who succedes to built a fast-food empire. The movie is a real demonstration of the “never give up” mood, telling the true story of Kroc’s partnership with the McDonald brothers.

3. The Wolf of Wall Street (2013)

Starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Jordan Belfort, the film tells the true story of Belfort’s meteoric rise from a simple Wall Street broker to a beloved and wealthy business owner.

Temptations, rising power, and illegal financial practices ultimately lead to his downfall — and prison. In short, a film of all excesses — to be seen with moderation 😀!

4. Jerry Maguire (2000)

One of Tom Cruise’s most famous roles — as Jerry Maguire — tells the story of a sports agent who has a moral revelation — and loses his job. His new project is to start a new life and create a management company while facing difficulties that most business founders can identify with.

A dealer — Don Ready — and his team have four days to sell about two hundred and fifty cars, or else they have to shut the door. How do they manage to sell all the cars, and by what means?

Very little will work as planned and Ready realizes that he will have to be smart to turn the weekend into a success .. and a great comedy.

Joey O’Brien, played by Robin Williams, is in financial difficulty and has two days to sell ten cars to repay his debts. This task may seem quite difficult for most sellers, but things get even more complicated when he puts himself in a delicate situation.

A senior manager of a real estate company announces to its sellers a major workforce restructuring. The best of them will stay, the others will be kicked out. It’s the start of war among sellers who all want to keep their place.
