We are excited to inform you that we have migrated all the ICONOMI ICO accounts previously available at https://ico.iconomi.net to the new platform at https://www.iconomi.net — a more dynamic and feature-rich technology infrastructure. Now that your account has been migrated to the new platform, you can access your ICONOMI account from one login location and manage all features of your account as you did before. Just make sure to update your bookmarks!

IMPORTANT

Your ICONOMI ICO account being migrated to https://www.iconomi.net doesn’t automatically give you Beta access with the additional functionalities of the platform. That means you will be able to take a look at the new ICONOMI Digital Asset Array platform but trading functionality will not be enabled. Trading privileges will continue to be added to users in accordance with the beta access list. For additional information regarding Beta access, please read our blog post and the information further below.

How do I log into my account after it has been migrated?

After you’ve received the migration confirmation email simply visit https://www.iconomi.net and log in to your account with your email and the password that you used for the old platform.

You can login with the same email that you used to register on the old platform.

Please note: We have migrated all accounts from the old platform to the new one. If you had more than one account on the old platform, all of them will be transferred and you will be able to access all your accounts with the same login credentials used on the old platform.

Your password has not been changed — it is the same as the one used on the old platform.

I haven’t had an ICONOMI account before. Can I create one now?

We are still in the beta testing phase so new ICONOMI account registrations are not possible at the moment and new users are added in accordance with the beta access list. However, if you wish to subscribe to our email updates, click here, so our news updates will be sent directly to your email account.

Is there anything I need to do after my account has been migrated?

No. All your account settings and log in functionalities are the same as they were before.

I have enabled Two-factor authentication (2FA) on my account — will my 2FA settings stay the same?

Yes. If you are using 2FA by SMS, you will receive your 6-digit log in number via SMS and if you are using 2FA by Authentication application you can find your 6-digit number in your application.

Which features are available to non-beta users of ICONOMI?

All the features that were available on the old platform will match the features available on the new platform. We have migrated your ICN balance and you are able to withdraw your ICN tokens if you wish to do so.

From now on, you can also deposit your ICN tokens to the new platform (if you bought them on an exchange or stored them in your wallet). But please note that you will have to verify your phone number if you wish to enable the deposit functionality.

As a non-beta user of the new platform, you can:

  • See your ICN balance
  • Deposit/Withdraw your ICN tokens.

As a beta user, what are the new features after the merging of my accounts?

As a beta user, all the available features are the same. With the merging of accounts, we have simply added your ICN balance from the old platform to your account.

As a beta user you can:

  • See your ICN balance
  • Deposit/Withdraw your ICN tokens
  • Deposit/Withdraw ETH and BTC
  • Buy/Sell ICNX

I haven’t received beta access to the platform yet. Will I be able to buy into ICNX now?

No. At the moment, ICNX is available to beta users only. Stay tuned for more information, we will inform you once your access has been granted.

When will all functionalities be available to all ICONOMI users?

Until you receive the beta access invitation via email, you will only be able to use the same services as you did on the old platform, with the addition of the ICN deposit function.
