If you are a member of the Slack community, an account with your username and email will be waiting for you on Rocket.Chat — ICONOMI’s new official chat platform. Just click “Forgot your password” on the login page in the link below and you will receive an email to set up a new password. If you are not a member of our Slack channel, just follow the “Register a New Account” link.

As an anonymous user, you are able to read all the channels, but if you want to join the conversation, you will have to sign up. We’ve settled on the following initial channels:

  • Announcements: Official updates posted by ICONOMI team members
  • Bug reports: For submitting bug reports
  • Public: General discussion open to the public
  • ICN Hodlers: General discussion — posting is limited to verified ICN holders with at least 1,000 ICN (Read our instructions on how to join our verified channel here)
  • Trading: For price-related discussion
  • FAQ: Answers to frequently asked questions

After Friday, February 23, the ICONOMI public Slack will be permanently shut down.

A few reminders when participating in Rocket.Chat or any other community platform:

  1. If you receive a direct message from anyone (even if they have “admin” in their name) regarding pre-sales, ICOs, token contracts, etc., please ignore it. Our admins will never send DMs with promotions or announcements.
  2. Do not click any MyEtherWallet links. These are scams.
  3. Ignore anyone asking for your private keys.
  4. Be very cautious about following any links posted in public discussion forums.
  5. Direct messaging is disabled to prevent scamming attempts.

When in doubt, ask questions in open channels, and please report suspicious users or activities to administrators.
