Myscout simplifies your library of Brand and Product design assets with a central space for easy sharing and quick access. For your reference, we have created a demo project ‘Iconscout Brand’ with Iconscout logos, icons, illustrations in your Myscout account. These assets are just for your reference. You can not use them in your personal or commercial projects.

In Myscout, you can store different types of assets in a central storage space. In a demo project, we have uploaded Iconscout Logo, Icons and Illustrations that we have used in designing Iconscout platform. Similar to this you can upload all your own assets.

Structured Storage system

You can store all of your assets in a structured way with Myscout. In a demo project, we have stored all the assets in different folders like Logos, Icons and Illustrations. We have divided them according to their asset type. You can also upload your own assets the same way.

Easy Search

It is now very easy to search for any specific asset from your ever-growing assets library. Stop wasting your time in going through all the folders, with our powerful search, type the asset name and get the correct asset in a jiffy. You can put your assets in a structured folder manner as stated above, but when it comes to finding the right asset, you just need to type the name of the asset and Myscout will display all the assets with that name.

Easy access via Myscout plugin

With Myscout plugin available for all your favorite tools like Sketch, Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft (Word & PowerPoint) and Gsuite tools (Docs & Slides), you can access all your icons directly inside these tools. Once you upload your asset on Myscout web portal, you can access them via Myscout plugin inside your favorite tool. Simply open the plugin, select and insert the icon.

Automatic file conversion

Myscout will automatically convert the file so that members of your team get their assets in the format they all need. You don’t have to convert the file whenever the user needs it. You can upload assets in SVG, AI or EPS file, and members of your team can get them directly in PNG or JPEG format whenever they need them.

In a demo project, we have uploaded assets in different file formats like SVG, AI, EPS, etc. but while you want to use them in Word, PowerPoint, Docs or Slides, Myscout will automatically convert it according to your tools need.

Private and Public sharing

You can share your entire assets library with your friend, workmate, client and teammate. We designed sharing functionality at such a way that you can control the Permission like ‘View only’ and ‘Can Edit’.

The person who has ‘’Can edit” permission can Upload, Delete, share and rename operation inside your share library Which is not permitted in “View only” permission. “View Only” only can download the assets you shared.
