ICOVO has been working closely together with FINMA(Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) from April to September and received a non-action letter on 12th September 2018 from FINMA.
A non-action letter is a letter written by the government or administrative agencies, requested by an entity subject to regulation by that agency, indicating the private sector is regulated or not.
