Sharing with the world our newest addition to OctoberCMS store. This time it’s paid plugin designed to help you manage your documents.

Short story

We had troubles keeping documents organized inside our company so we gave a lot of thought how to fix ourselves but to keep everything together and simple. Since we are using OctoberCMS to power up our website and other tools we use on daily basis we decided to write another plugin keeping everything in mind to make it easy to use, simple to install and understand, be well organized and to easily share some files when needed.

Intranet plugin details

Plugin enables you to create categories (read folders) infinitely in depth as subcategories or root categories. When categories are set in place you can easily upload up to 10 files at a time with drag & drop and instantly see uploaded files in table below upload box.

Supported features as category deletion, renaming, file deletion, file moving from category to category, file sharing on email (1 or more recipients) and few more.

Wrap up

To wrap this quick post about Intranet plugin we are going to say that we made our file management easier and our clients that opted for plugin are happy to have tool like that. Currently biggest intranet used by a client is around 9 GB worth of files and around 200 categories created for structure.
