Interview questions. Their process to make their art?

Hunter — Assistant Store Manager and Marketing Coordinator of a recreational cannabis retailer in Durango, Hunter helps design their Durango store marketing advertisements, Such as radio ads and art for specific strains. Hunter has no professional training in marketing or art, he has three years of experience in the industry and once someone meets Hunter, they understand just why he is successful in marketing his employer’s products. He’s connected to this generations attachment to cannabis related products. I plan to ask him how the two correlates and what goes into his decision-making process in creating artwork based of strain names.
