Just recently on the video game streaming site Twitch, Drake joined ninja, the most subscribed to person on Twitch, to play a few rounds of Fortnight with him. This broke the record for the most ever viewed stream hitting 628,000, smashing the old record of 388,000 views. On Youtube, the most popular account is Pewdiepie with around 61,000,000 subs. Pewdiepie gained popularity with his funny commentary on his Let’s Play style video game videos. Now, years later his channel is still 20,000,000 subs ahead of the next most popular and Pewdiepie is still doing Let’s Plays.

I want to do a long criticism over the popularity of video game Let’s Plays and streaming.
