Celebration and Collaboration — idealo Collaboration Day#4

Last week, nearly 800 enthusiastic idealos filled the office, eagerly anticipating a day of excitement and learning at the fourth Collaboration Day.🤩

This time, the focus was on taking a halftime reflection, celebrating our achievements, and reviewing the milestones we have accomplished on our journey towards a successful Black Friday Season 2023.

The day kicked off with our CEOs Albrecht and Jörn warmly welcoming everyone. From there, a vibrant array of talks and discussions took place throughout the day, spread across our office floors.

As the day’s activities ended, the spirit of celebration took center stage. Despite the rain, we moved to the stunning Festsaal Kreuzberg, which provided the perfect setting for our evening festivities. The ambiance was lively, and the fantastic atmosphere set the tone for a celebration filled with delicious food & snacks, lots of laughter, and great music. 🎊🍹🕺
