“Learning Together — Know How?” idealo Collaboration Day #3

Last year, we decided to give our employees the best of both worlds by transforming idealo into a hybrid company! We wanted to offer the flexibility of remote work and the creativity that can come from onsite collaboration. But we also knew how important it is to maintain our company culture and keep everyone connected. That’s why we came up with the idea of Collaboration Days! 🪄

Last week, we had our third one — and what a blast it was! More than 800 idealos joined us in person, while over 100 others tuned in via livestream. We had a ton of great sessions, covering everything from “Results-oriented Mindset” to „Emotional Intelligence at Work“. And of course, we made sure there were loads of snacks and meals to keep everyone fueled up throughout the day. 🥐🍌🍫🧃🍪

By the end of the day, we had an amazing evening program where there was plenty of time for drinks, snacks, dancing, games, and more. It gave everyone a chance to unwind, connect with each other, and solidify the bonds that make our company culture so special. It was the perfect way to end a fantastic day of collaboration and learning!

All in all, it was a huge success — and it just goes to show that you can have the best of both worlds when you’re a hybrid company like us!
