Welcome Day at idealo 🎉

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our quarterly Welcome Day at our office.🎈

On this day, we get together to personally welcome our new idealos. As a hybrid company, a significant portion of our onboarding process takes place online. However, we recognize the value of face-to-face interaction, which is why we organize these Welcome Days every three months. It gives us the opportunity to come together, reflect on the first few weeks of our newcomers, and engage in meaningful discussions about our strategy, culture, and our code of conduct. 💬

One of the highlights of the day is the “ask me anything” session, where one of our CEOs takes the stage to answer any questions our new starters may have. This time, it was Jörn’s turn.

We ended the day with a TGIP 🎊 (Thank God It’s Party) so everyone could relax, unwind, and build relationships with other idealos present.

We’re looking forward to watching our new starters flourish and bring their special talents to our collective mission! 🌟
