The XXVIII’th Amendment

Clearly the 14th Amendment isn’t sufficient to protect against willful mis-interpretation by those whose agenda involves treating large swaths of the population with absolute disregard, or worse yet, active predation/death.

So let’s be clear about what we demand from any country or government we’re willing to support over the long haul moving forward.

Here’s my first cut.

Proposed 28th (XXVIII) Amendment to the U. S. Constitution

Personal autonomy and privacy, being necessary to the security and liberty of every human being, the right of the people to bodily autonomy and privacy shall not be abridged.

Congress and the States shall make no law regarding bodily autonomy, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of sexual orientation, or of consenting sexual behavior, or the right of the people peaceably to direct their lives in accordance with their personal beliefs.

Critital reading on whoever, whatever, whenever, wherever, and why-ever; e.g. why-ever is why-ever not whyever? We’ve got whoever, whatever, wherever, whenever, and however and not a hyphen in sight? What the hell happened to why-ever? And Why?
