Taxpayer Dollars Wasted.

We’ve all seen newspaper headlines like these. A government department tried something to change the system, but, for whatever reason, it didn’t go to plan. The auditor general launched a review and soon it was all over the news.

Public servants in Canada dread these situations. No one wants to be on the front page, having tried something that failed miserably. Who would attempt bold reforms when this can be the result?
