One of our clients , Royale Touche, the pioneer of Luxury Laminates in our country wanted to know who their end consumers were through a mutual method of interaction. Jetbro acknowledged the idea and devised an amazingly clever application, Royale Ustad which connects the consumers to the company and also gives them perks in ways more than one.
The contractor/consumer of the laminates has to install the application providing minimal information. Every time they buy a laminate and scan the QR code, points will be added to the Royale Ustaad App. Those points can be redeemed later to get some exciting perks and gifts. That’s fascinating, isn’t it?
The laminates are sold through a chain of distributors and retailers while the company never gets know who the end user is. Royale Ustaad made connecting to the end user possible and rather easier for our client.

Jetbro has successfully designed the app by adding features for the ease of contractor, the most salient feature being the availability of Hindi language. It allows the user to choose the preferable language and has hints which clearly explain the how to function with the app.
What’s even more interesting is the Tools button in the app… It further contains two options — Compass to measure direction and a tool to measure the surface level. These tools were designed by us to keep the user’s engagement with the application recurring. These are two of the most used tools by the carpenter, making them digital aimed at making them use the app more often.
