What is a problem for you, might be a virtue for someone else.

Didn’t get it?

One of our client’s OnlyMobiles, a one stop online store for buying mobiles with best deals & prices, decided to install a new feature on their webpage where the user can view the mobiles & slide to view more pictures while being on the same page. They just needed to click on the arrow adjacent to the mobile phone’s picture you can slide and view different pictures of the same phone.

The image is enacted by the Ideators at Jetbro !

While working one day, we discovered a bug that would redirect the user to the particular Mobile specification page after viewing two pictures of the product. We thought of resolving the bug ASAP & informed our client about it.

How the user redirected to the specifications page after viewing two images

Surprisingly, after having informed the client about the bug we received a response which was unusual! He said that they didn't need to remove the bug as he was receiving more audience on his page due to that. After thinking and analyzing, we figured that the user wants to know more after he/she has viewed two to three picture of the product…

And what we anticipated to be a bug was actually helping our client get more interactive user response & worked in his favor!

At Jetbro we learn new things everyday, this was one of those!
