Time Capsule Part III

Here’s the story of my time capsule in 125 years.

I call it Fantastic Gourd and Where to Find It.

This is still a story of healing, and I hope my gourd will inspire more people in the future to discover ways to be happy.

In the video, I mainly tell my own story, which is a present of the changes in my mood brought by these items in my time capsule.

In the beginning, I shot footages of the little things in life that would possibly make us sad to show my negative emotions. Then I saw my items and remembered those happy things. Things like starting listening to music and making video calls with friends are ways to deal with my negative feelings. Finally I was relieved and became happy again. At the end of the video is a clip of me putting these items into my time capsule.
