Week 3 — Treemap

This week we met twice, the first time we decided what to do next, and the second time we share what we do and discuss the next step.

Firstly, each of us created a persona, I created a 25-year-old boy, who has some mental problems, and our tool can help with in different ways.

Secondly, we decided to create a chatbot to provide our service. I had experience about it before, so I know the basic operations of it. Each of us then creates a treemap for the chatbot’s content.

Then I signed up a new account to create our chat bot.
