Let us imagine that you would like to make a flip with such a story: A rat finds cheese and eats it. What you have in mind is something like this:

The idea is great, but it is hard to find a picture of a rat with a bitten piece of cheese. What could we do? Let us use the Collage tool in the Idena app.

We will show the process of creating the flip above step by step and make the last two flip pictures — showing the rat eating the cheese — in the form of a collage.

We need a picture of cheese and a picture of a rat — they are easy to find.

To make the fourth picture of this flip, we firsts add an image of cheese on top of the selected picture of a rat.

Typically, images are inserted with an unwanted background.

The white background of the cheese image can be erased with the Erase tool.

Before we finalize the fourth picture and show that the cheese has been bitten by the rat, we need to make a copy of it and paste it as the third picture (via the context menu).

Now let us go back to the fourth picture and use the Erase tool to show how the rat has eaten part of the cheese.

That’s it! To create an illogical sequence of pictures, it is enough just to swap the last two pictures.

We encourage you to try out the Collage tool in the Idena app and to use it more often. It will not only allow for faster flip creation, without spending too much time looking for the right picture, but will also make flips harder for AI to solve.
