Contribute to Identity Beyond Borders

IBB is the flagship publication of WSO2 Identity Server, which includes blogs related to the product, product features, design discussions, POC demonstrations, configuring and enjoying various IAM use cases, discussions about architectures, IAM concepts, and it embraces the community that boosts the open IAM beyond the limits of proprietary IAM. We strongly believe the voice of the IAM community around WSO2IS should be and can be channeled easily through Medium and we revamped our approach and here we are pushing the borders to be a more inclusive open-source movement.

We expect to read interesting blogs from you that articulate why you have been attracted to WSO2 Identity Server, features you play around with, bugs and fixes you contributed with, things you admire and things you wanted, or any improvements you suggest.

How can you contribute?

Please find the attached form. Fill it and editors will evaluate the medium profile and add you as a writer in a maximum of 5 working days. Let’s not keep you waiting. If you have not been added as a writer for more than a week, we regret to inform you that we have rejected your request to join as a collaborator. Though we will try our best to notify you we might miss sending a notification, you can check whether you are added by visiting publications in your profile section. If you find IBB, you have been added as a contributor and you can add your blogs in IBB.

How to add blogs to IBB?

There are two ways how you can add it the publication

I. You can add it to IBB before publishing as a draft allowing the publication to publish for you

• After finalizing your blog before publishing
• Click the three dots on top of the page
• Choose Add to publication

• Choose Select & Continue
• You would have successfully submitted your draft to IBB. Editors will review and publish your blog.

II. You can publish your story first and then submit it to IBB to publish under our banner.

• Click the three dots on top of the page
• Choose ‘Edit Story’
