I am Ada, customer success manager at IderaOS and I will be taking you through how to get started with ListBuy
Thinking of setting up an online store but don’t have money. You are in the right place.
ListBuy is an eCommerce web and mobile solution that offers a pay as you sell model-which I think is good news for those who are just starting out and those who already have a huge customer base.
Enough story. Let’s take you on the journey of eCommerce with ease. You need four essential things;
- A phone number
- A business name
- A bank account
- Images of your product
Number 1 and 2 is compulsory. 3 and 4 can always be added later but do it as soon as possible. You don’t want your money coming into our account now, do you?… And you do not want your customers staring at your store the way I stare at philosophy textbooks (apologies to all the lovers of philosophy). No pictures=boring
Now let’s go to the main business. The whole process can be summed up in nine simple steps.
- Visit ideraos.com
- Select get started
- Create an account with just your phone number and a password
- Verify your Account
- Login
- Add Business details
- Add your product(s) to the store
- Put in your bank details
- Select your preferred shipping partner

When you visit IderaOS, this is what the first page looks like (see image below).
STEP ONE: Click on the get started button…oh…any of them would do the job.
STEP TWO: Create an account. Fill in the required details. Just your name, your country, phone number and your unique password.
STEP THREE: Verify Account. Once you click create an account in step two, a unique code will be sent to your registered phone number. Fill the blank spaces as requested.
STEP FOUR: Login. After verifying you are now the proud owner of an online store. I personally feel you just crossed a huge milestone now. It is time to login so you can set up your store.
STEP FIVE: Business details. This step is where you tell us about your business. Now, don’t be scared this is not shark tank or dragons den. Just a few details like your business name, an email address- it can be personal or strictly for business, what you want to sell, a brief description of what you sell and your preferred currency for payment.
STEP SIX: Upload your product. You can decide to skip this step and come back to it later or just do it at once. If you want to do it immediately click on upload a product. If you want to do it later click on next, this will take you to the bank details section.
If you selected upload product you would automatically be taken to this page. Fill in the required details. Like I said earlier if you do not have images for your product you can always add them later but make sure you do it as soon as possible because …When you are done just click the close button at the top right-hand corner as seen in the image below.
STEP SEVEN: Enter bank details. Click on save bank data and fill in the required information. Try not to make any mistake because you might end up writing my account details instead of yours. When you are done with the second page you click on update bank data.
Voila…Our food is almost ready…sorry. Our store is almost ready. Just some minor details and we are done. This is the place where you manage all your store details. Let us call you it your store manager. From adding new products, to managing orders, to getting market insights and changing your store settings. All in one place.
STEP EIGHT: Select your preferred shipping partner(s): Click on shipping(you will find it at the left-hand side of your store manager)You can research on any of them to see which you will prefer and you can select more than one.
DONE!!!!!!!!!!! Click on visit your store to see what you have created.
