AURA to IDEX Token: Manual Swap Instructions

The following steps document swapping AURA tokens for IDEX tokens on the Ethereum mainnet using MyEtherWallet.

Approve

1. Load https://www.myetherwallet.com/interface/interact-with-contract. Unlock your wallet if necessary.
2. Into the Contract Address field, enter the AURA contract address: 0xCdCFc0f66c522Fd086A1b725ea3c0Eeb9F9e8814
3. Into the ABI/JSON Interface field, copy the the “Contract ABI” code from the contract: https://etherscan.io/address/0xcdcfc0f66c522fd086a1b725ea3c0eeb9f9e8814#code
4. Click Continue.
5. Select approve from the drop down on the right:
6. Into the _spender field, enter the IDEX contract address: 0xB705268213D593B8FD88d3FDEFF93AFF5CbDcfAE
7. Into the _value field, enter the desired amount of tokens to be swapped. Note the amount needs to include the full precision, so 10 AURA would be 10000000000000000000.
8. Write/sign the transaction.

Swap

1. Load https://www.myetherwallet.com/interface/interact-with-contract.
2. Copy the IDEX contract address and ABI into the respective fields: https://etherscan.io/address/0xb705268213d593b8fd88d3fdeff93aff5cbdcfae#code
3. Select swap from the drop down on the right.
4. Enter the desired number of AURA to swap in the value field. Note the amount needs to include the full precision, so 10 AURA would be 10000000000000000000.
5. Write the transaction / sign with your key.

Your IDEX tokens will be sent back to you at a 1 to 1 ratio. The AURA you sent is locked forever in the IDEX token contract. You can now deposit or stake your IDEX tokens!
