Connecting your Ledger hardware wallet to IDEX

Here’s how to connect your wallet with a ledger wallet on IDEX.

Step 1 — Getting Started

Go to https://idex.market. You will be met with a welcome message that gives the basic information you need. Read this before going forward.

Step 2 — Explore

Click “Explore” if you’d like to see IDEX before signing in.

Step 3 — Prepare Your Ledger

Once you have explored IDEX and are ready to sign in click “Unlock Wallet” in the upper right.

Important steps!

• Unlock your Ledger wallet with your pin code and open the Ethereum app.
• Under Settings, set the “Browser Support” and “Contract Data” options to “Yes”.
• Lastly make sure that your Ledger is on the latest firmware (1.3.1).

After you’ve followed the steps above, select the “Ledger Wallet” option under “Access your Wallet.”

Step 4 — Unlock Ledger and Select Address

Click the “Unlock” button and select the wallet that you would like to sign in with.

Step 5 — Unlock Wallet

Once you have selected the wallet you want to use, click the button next to it and select “Unlock Wallet.”

Step 6

Congratulations! You are now signed into IDEX and can now deposit tokens. Once you have deposited you can start trading!
