Activision and Bungie have released the much talked about gaming title Destiny 2 on September 13 for the gaming consoles and gamers are already rushing to blast through the campaign and get prepared for the raid, which will take place the Raid. However, the game’s Farm social space holds an intriguing secret for the gamers, which several might have overlooked. If you are willing to take a break from all the leveling up, you might want to explore the big secret.

Spoilers ahead. If this it is something that you want to try and discover on your own, it’s better that you skip the story and go along.

This secret was originally revealed by Reddit user Myndit on the Destiny Reddit forum and the secret is that you can (temporarily) unlock a nifty glowing look and the ability to jump really high in the Farm social space by following certain specific steps.

Here is what you need to do in order to activate and complete the Farm’s Scouting Patrol. You can complete these initial steps in whatever order you’d like, reports GameSpot

  • First, head over to where Tess Everis is selling her wares.
  • Hop on top of her tarp. Take a running jump toward the watermill building.
  • Walk to the waterwheel. Walk on top until you see a pop-up text that says “Sentry Ranks” and “Wheel Boost” completed. From here, your character will glow blue, and you can jump higher.
  • Walk along the wire, which is connecting the water mill to the tall building, in front of which the Postmaster is parked.
  • Follow the next set of wires that are connecting that building to the other tall structure. Here you will meet Suraya. You’ll automatically activate “Sentry Ranks x4” and “Vertigo Completed.”
  • Now, head to the camp fire, which is situated at the opposite end of the Farm, from the soccer field.
  • Activate “Scouting Patrol.” This time around you’ll glow red and you will also be able to jump even higher (beware, you still take falling damage).
  • Follow the glowing lights until you’ve hit them all. After that, you’ll get to keep the cool glowing effect called “Commander’s Blessing” until you either leave the Farm or die.

The entire journey feels a bit random, but it’s quite a cool effect. It might have some deeper meaning or some other use in the game. However, to know that we will have to wait till we find that out.
