The duo got married in 2016 and have since been making headlines for various reasons. They have promoted Yoga together, but this time, the thing they are promoting needed a little bit exposure from both of them. They both have starred in a condom ad, which promotes safe sex and asks people to concentrate on the act rather than on the end. The condom brand being endorsed by Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover is called Playgard.

Both of them have uploaded the video with the caption, “In a country that has the second largest population in the world.. we still have taboos on just the words sex and condoms… but not the actual act. Let’s talk more… read more and learn more about all the things that can be avoided just by the use of a simple precaution. With condoms you can have planned pregnancies and protected sex… which can curb the growth HIV and STD cases. Bipasha Basu and Karan both look dazzling in the video, but it has already created ruckus on social media with trolls badmouthing the actress for starring in a condom ad. Perhaps this is what they were trying to work at where if Sunny Leone stars in a condom ad, men drool but when an Indian actress featuring in mainstream movies stars in such ads, they are shamed online. Bipasha Basu has come out in support of the ad in a report by Mid Day and said, “The idea is to create awareness on the subject; it’s the need of the hour. I am doing no wrong by endorsing condoms.”

She has also said that there will be another add which will be shot later this month, “I’ve provided inputs in the styling of the next ad. We will keep it playful and focus on the love between a couple in the next ad too.
