Last year we did a world premiere — which, I note, is not something we normally do, and not something we’ve done since — for the song Lifted, by Los Angeles artist Butter. The song was super clean and fresh and tight and bouncy and poppy and perfect.
Anyway, someone involved in this track from Cashmere Cat, Major Lazer, and Tory Lanez either a) really enjoyed Butter’s song, or b) really enjoyed the 2016 song of the same name by Palmistry, because they’ve put this out sampling one of them, and now here it is in 2018 dancehall form.
Go listen to the Butter song though. It’s good.
