ID PASS talks about Digital Identity and Blockchain at ADES 2018 in Bangkok and meets the Minister of Digital Economy and Society

ID PASS was invited to give a talk at the ASEAN Digital Economy Summit in Bangkok on 9 August 2018.

There, ID PASS co-founders Jeremi Joslin and Greg Martel had the chance to discuss digital identity and blockchain with Dr. Pichet Durongkaveroj, Minister of Digital Economy and Society of Thailand. Also present at the conference were many of the biggest names of digital economy in South-East Asia.

The subject of our talk was “How can Blockchain help governments build digital identity platforms”. Through a number of real-life examples, ID PASS co-founder Jeremi explained why digital identity is needed, what the current and future challenges are, and how blockchain and ID PASS can help overcome them.
