Christmas Bay Decoration Competition @IDS

We at IDS had a Christmas “Bay Decoration Competition” where the employees of IDS at each floor of the Bangalore premises decorated their workstations and cubicles with mistletoe, stars, streamers, danglers and more. There was close competition between different teams and each team approached the competition with their own twists and creativity. The judging criterion was based on Creativity, Originality, Theme, Festive spirit, special effects and finally the overall appearance.

The Jury took a GEMBA walk in each floor to see which team has got what it takes to be the winner. The idea of conducting this Bay Decoration competition is to get employees involved and see maximum participation and interaction between them.

Apart from this, the employees came wearing Christmas color-themed clothing during that week. Finally, the event was concluded with open house conversations between the employees, followed by Hi-Tea and snacks and last but not the least, the best decorated bay was announced and the winning team was awarded a cash prize.
