Mysterious numbers sequences: 444, 1111 and others

Exploring the mystery behind sequenced numbers

For the past few weeks I have seen sequences of numbers repeatedly throughout my day. Not just in my phone, although that’s where I saw them most prominently, but also in other places such as microwaves, stoves and other appliances, and occasionally in print out in the world.
