Understanding the Human Needs at a workplace

Well when discussing about the above topic I would like to prioritize the needs of the people internally in a workplace. This is more important and top priority in order to ensure the smooth run of the organization.

We all come from different backgrounds, with different personalities and with different personal goals but it is that unity of us that bring us together to achieve a common goal in our workplace. This is where we start to understand or rather begin to realize the needs of each other. I would say that communication plays an important role here. We as team members need to voice out our opinions and concerns in a more honest way to show our existence and also to prove other team members existence in the workplace. Everybody needs to know who I am and what role I play in the workplace. Therefore, identifying and establishing each others roles and personalities in the workplace make the environment more familiar and easy to work with.

Always remember each member including you is important to the cycle and we can’t be having loose ends. Your success story is going to be your colleagues success story and 1+1 is going to give success to the organization you work. So it is very clear that it is a combination of all our team members efforts as a team that helps to build the success story of our organization.

I would like to say understanding should not start with the beginning but with the end. It is not necessary to know a growing up story of an individual to understand that person and it cannot definitely happen in a day or two. This process should take its own time an resolve on its own. Remember this is not about the story of ones life but about how we combine each others strengths to overcome each others weaknesses.

Once that trust is built and we are no longer strangers, it means we have identified each others needs and are ready march forward with a great team to achieve greater success. Identifying human needs in a workplace is both a win- win situation for you as well as your organization. So let’s come out of the shell and see the world in a different way.
